|– Subscribe to get first-hand information on project eg: factsheet, site plan, floor plan, etc- Request for non-obligatory sales presentation- Sales personnel will assist buyer to identify a range of possible units of his/her choice. This is to ensure that buyer will be prepared with a list of choices on day of VVIP Preview.- Assistance will be given to do a preliminary assessment of buyer’s eligibility of purchase for private condo- Assistance will be given to work out the most ideal property quantum for buyer- Buyer can expect step-by-step Payment Schedule explanation so that buyer knows approx. timeline of payment.- Important: A banker will be assigned to buyer to get In-Principal-Approval for loan- A solicitor will be assigned to buyer||– It is important for buyer to register for the VVIP Preview Launch- Registration ensures buyer gains admission to the VVIP Preview Launch- Registration also ensures that buyer is assured of a priority queue to enjoy the best prices ie. early-bird discounts- Do request for Registration of Interest (ROI). For interested buyers, fill in the Particulars Of Purchaser’s Form and Letter of Authorisation Form- Submission of NRIC copy to ensure that all particulars are true- Submission of a cheque with Project Account indicated as payee. This is to safeguard the buyer as the project account is a unique account set up for individual projects. Any payment that is done by clients will go into this special project account. Only upon completion at every stage of the the construction process will the bank release the required amount to the developer as payment for work done.||– This day is reserved for the sole admission of our *registered VVIPs.
