KSH Holdings Limited:
Founded in 1979, KSH is a well-known developer and investor in construction, building, and property investments. The Singapore Exchange listed KSH on February 8, 2007.
The company has an A1 rating under BCA CW01 which enables it to bid on construction projects of any value, whether they are public or private. As part of the BCA’s CW02 civil engineering category, the company holds an A2 grade, allowing it to submit bids for projects worth up to S$85 million.
The company acquired businesses in Australia, Malaysia, Japan, and the UK in addition to successful projects in Singapore and China. A variety of opportunities are explored in new geographies, particularly in Southeast Asia, based on favorable real estate cycles.
In collaboration with CEL Development and SingHaiYi, KSH will bring extensive experience and expertise to the development of The Collective At One Sophia condominium at the former Peace Centre and Peace Mansion site on Sophia Road.
