Oxley Holdings has yet another charming location on South Buona Vista Road, off Pasir Panjang Road. The former Vista Park condominium was acquired via collective sale by Oxley for $418 million last December (2017). The land tenure will be given a fresh top-up lease back to 99 years from its present remaining lease of 66 years. For this, Oxley will be paying an extra $72 million to the Singapore Land Authority (SLA). In all, the purchase price is estimated at $1,096 psf per plot ratio (ppr).

This works out to a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 446,951 sqft which means that some 530 apartment units with average size of around 800 sqft can be built.
