KSH Holdings Limited” is a well-established Group of companies engaged in the business of constructing, developing and investing in real estate. It was set up in 1979 and listed since 8 February 2007 on the SGX-ST Main Board.
Under BCA CW01, KSH is rated A1 and can bid on public sector construction projects regardless of their value. Under BCA’s CW02 civil engineering category, KSH has an A2 grade, enabling it to bid for public sector projects up to S$85 million.
With years of experience managing construction projects across a broad spectrum of industries, KSH’s projects have performed well in CONQUAS, an assessment system used for building quality. KSH is the winner of a number of BCA Construction Excellence Awards. They include one for NUS Education Resource Centre at University Town and Fullerton Bay Hotel in 2013, one for Madison Residences in 2014, and one for Mount Alvernia Hospital in 2016.
