The developer of Sky Botannia is a consortium led by KSH Ultra Unity.

KSH Holdings Limited” is a well-established Group of companies engaged in the business of constructing, developing and investing in real estate. It was set up in 1979 and listed since 8 February 2007 on the SGX-ST Main Board.
