As a result of their combined bids, KSH Ultra Unity, H10 Holdings, and SLB Development were the highest bidders for the project with a share ratio of 49:36:15.

The Freehold site occupies an area of 56,476 sqft and has a 2.8 plot ratio. Taking into account the bonus balcony space, the purchase price would be equivalent to  $1,313 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
